2020 Monday Club 2nd January
Phil's Blog
Our Monday Club outing for January needed to take place on a Tuesday, in order to visit the Wildlife Photographer Of The Year Exhibition at the M shed in Bristol. We gathered for this annual event in our usual coffee shop on the Centre and after a quick chat made our way. We were down to seven regulars and the weather was particularly drear, so we headed straight to the venue. The one hundred images on show, as usual, didn't disappoint, but the judges, having nearly 50,000 entries to choose from, were probably spoilt for choice. So some exceptional images and a great deal of interesting information to go with them It took a while, but when everyone had taken their fill, we crossed the Docks to the waterside Wetherspoons for a good lunch and another good chat.
